Purchases
Jagger and Wolf source high quality handmade and one of a kind pieces from around the world. Vintage pieces may show signs of age and wear such as, repaired tears, fading, and slight imperfections, which we feel add to the unique beauty and story behind each valuable vintage piece. All Jagger and Wolf Moroccan collections are delicate handmade item and should be treated accordingly.
Please note, while every effort has been made to ensure our products/colours are represented accurately, different colour calibrations of each system can impact your screen reproduction.
- Refunds are only available for faulty products. This excludes any damage in transit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Strict No returns policy on all sale items including promotional discounts and our discount codes/Credit codes.
Shipping costs will be paid in full by the customer. The cost of sending a replacement or new purchase via a credit code is also at the customer’s expense. Please note that all credit codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Warranty
All sales are final, strictly no returns of refunds on this product. Santorini's high quality commercial grade LED Halo light is water resident and is built to last a lifetime however we do offer a 12 months warranty on the LED for your piece of mind.
Shipping
Our mirrors are handcrafted locally on the Gold Coast and made to order. Please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks for production.
Please note, because of the size and weight of this item shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $300 for delivery. Jagger and Wolf use a free white glove delivery service locally only and an interstate removalist for areas outside the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Transit Damage/ faulty - Australia Delivery
If on the rare occasion your mirror is damaged in transit we will need to be contacted immediately and before any installation is carried out. A replacement may be available once damaged goods have been approved by Jagger and Wolf and the return and re delivery of the damaged goods/faulty goods will be paid in full by the customer.
International shipping
Our Santorini arch mirrors are now available for international shipping. Our mirrors are shipped express by air with a shipping time of 5 to 7 business days.
Our products and shipping prices exclude local government customs duties and taxes. Please enquire with your local border force before you make a purchase. These additional fees are incurred by the buyer with no link to our business.
Shipping is charged per mirror, for bulk orders please email info@jaggerandwolf.com.au for a separate shipping quote.
Our couriers provide a door-to-door service.
International Shipping – Damage Policy
All international shipments are insured and handled by third-party freight carriers.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
- The external packaging and crate (before opening)
- Internal packaging
- The damaged item
International freight carriers enforce strict claim timeframes. Failure to report damage promptly may void the ability to lodge a carrier claim, and we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement outside of these time limits.
Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved, as inspection may be required.
Made-to-Order Rug Policy
All of our Moroccan rugs are handmade and made to order specifically for each client. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
In the unlikely event that your rug arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault or is significantly not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer either a replacement remake or store credit.
Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, slight variations in colour, weave, and texture are natural and form part of the rug’s unique character. These variations are not considered faults.
Payment plan Zippay -
Zip Pay. Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we'll waive the fee. Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit assessment. Other charges may be payable. Fees and charges subject to change. T&Cs apply.
